We have great weather from May through to October, with just occasional rain. Temperatures often reach the mid-late 30s in July and August. The heat can build up leading to dramatic thunderstorms. Early and late season the mornings and evenings can be chilly, but we provide duvets, blankets and hot water bottles to keep you warm and cosy.

Our aim is for you to travel light and to make your holiday preparations as stress-free as possible. We have tried to think of everything you might need. We provide big comfy beds, bedding, towels, spare blankets, solar lights, soaps, all the kitchen mod-cons as well as all the usual crockery, pots, pans and utensils. There is a selection of kitchen condiments too (oil, vinegar, herbs, spices, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, etc). We have a selection of easy reading books, magazines and board games as well as walking routes, maps, and leaflets on local activities. There is no wahing machine, however the large Carrefour in St. Antonin has washers & dryers, and Caylus has a launderette too. Washing lines are provided.

Do bring: torch/headtorch, rubber shoes/waterprof sandals for trips to the river / weir/ canoeing, warm jumper or fleece for the occasional chilly morning or evening, and beach/river towels.
